Spring is just around the corner, and if you're ready to shake off the winter slump, it’s time to start gearing up for Spring Into Action 2025 — Nowra’s most motivating, results-driven fitness challenge.
Whether you train at Northy Gym or you're looking to join a local gym in Nowra that actually delivers results, this 3-month challenge is built to help you set goals, create real change, and maybe even win some serious cash while you’re at it.
What Is Spring Into Action 2025?
Launching this August, Spring Into Action is Northy Gym’s flagship seasonal challenge. It's designed for everyday people — not fitness models — who want to commit to progress, build sustainable habits, and feel stronger, both physically and mentally.
You don’t need to be “fit” to start — you just need to be ready.

What You’ll Get
Your $450 entry includes:

How the Competition Works
Points are scored through a mix of program completion, attendance, and Game Day performance. You can join solo or as part of a team.
Team Sizes and Scoring Multipliers

Completing the training program

Participating in monthly Game Day workouts
Game Day Highlights
Each month, competitors take part in a structured, judged fitness workout. Movements are recorded and scored to ensure a level playing field.
Game Day One
For time: Row, burpees, bridge run, thrusters, and ski. Fastest time wins.
Game Day Two
Three workouts, 15 minutes each, with five-minute rest intervals. Ski Erg, Row, and Devils Press for total distance or reps.
Game Day Three
The Climbing Ladder. Start with five reps per movement, increasing each round until the time cap. Movements include burpee broad jumps, barbell clean and press, and push-ups.
Finals
Top three scorers enter a final knockout workout. The highest score takes the prize.
