When the 25-minute timer starts, so does your 1000m Ski Erg. Once you finish your Ski Erg, it's time to enter the Circuit and complete as many rounds as possible!

50 KB Clean and Lunge (25 per leg)
The 25-minute timer ends, and you have a 2-minute break before going into a 1000m Row Erg.

**SCORING**
Competitors are evaluated based on two distinct scores:
1. Fastest Total Time for Ski and Row events.
2. Total Repetitions Completed in the Circuit.
The repetition score is calculated as a percentage of the lowest weight lifted at each station during the round, using the prescribed weights as a guideline. Competitors are not allowed to lift weights higher than the prescribed limits.
If a competitor opts for step-ups instead of box jumps, they will receive a 50% rep score.
Both scores are tallied for the overall winner!!!
NG Warrior
You have entered the battle as the lone soldier. Complete every rep before moving on to the next station.
Remember to listen to the coaches and event staff!
DUO and Team Relay
Buy-In and Buy-Out can be split however you choose!
The stations are a different story. Once you enter the station, you have to finish the reps. So, decide your order early and set your gameplay strategies!

The bar must start from the ground to the front rack position and then move overhead, with arms locked out at the top.

Regression is by a lower weight, with a percentage drop equal to the regressed weight. For example, if a male lifted 20kg, their score would be 50% of the total repetitions.
Plate Sit Ups
Weight must touch the ground behind the head, then be raised above the crown into a locked-out arm position. Knees in a 45-degree position.

Butterfly Sit Ups
40 reps
Must touch the ground behind the head and heels. Undersoles remain in contact the whole time.
KB Clean and Lunge
50 reps
Female 8kg
Male 12kg
Begin with the kettlebell (KB) at knee height before moving the leg backward. In one motion or separate motions, lift the KB to your chest and perform a rear lunge, ensuring that the rear knee touches the ground.
