Meet Jesse Edwards, the owner of Northy Gym - better known by members as Mr Enthusiastic (and trust us, he’s earned it). With over a decade in the fitness industry, Jesse brings unmatched energy, knowledge and leadership to everything he does. He holds a degree in Sports Science, served as a physical trainer in the Australian Defence Force, and has worked with elite athletes across a wide range of sports.

As the driving force behind Northy Gym, Jesse isn’t just building a gym - he’s building a full-scale health and wellness hub for the Shoalhaven. His long-term vision includes physiotherapy, dietetics, remedial massage, recovery, reformer Pilates, RTO training, and more - all under one roof.

He’s passionate, professional, and genuinely committed to helping every member move better, feel better, and live stronger. Come train with someone who leads from the front - and probably yells “LET’S GO!” halfway through your set.
