BURN 45

Northy Flow (Reformer Pilates)

Our signature reformer Pilates class — low-impact, but it’ll find muscles you didn’t know existed. Mat Pilates

A classic floor-based Pilates session using body weight and small props to strengthen your deep core, glutes, and spine.
